Trip to Kinsale
The Club Captain Denis O'Sullivan and Club Secretary Brendan Kenny spent a few days in Kinsale recently when we had the pleasure of meeting our friends at Kinsale Golf Club (Ringenane) and playing their beautiful course. We would like to say a special word of thanks to Alice McCarthy and her staff for making us so welcome.

Some of the staff at Ringenane, Mark (the chef), Spencer (the greenkeeper), Alice (the manager) and Denis O'Sullivan.
We paid a visit to our old friend Jack Ahearne at his bicycle shop in Carrigaline. Denis is trying out the new "Sting Ray" bicycle that Jack tells me is going to be all the rage this Christmas. Jack is a distance member at Slievenamon.
When we were in Kinsale we visited the Old Head Golf Club.
